For carrying out activities in the area of ensuring public order shall be established Communal police.

Communal police performs tasks related to:

• вsupervising the maintenance of public order, waste disposal, water supply, wastewater and stormwater disposal, urban sanitation, street lighting, maintenance of market-places, parks, green lots; performing inspection tasks in the areas of traffic and roads, burials, local roads, noise, working time; providing information services to citizens and performing other duties within the jurisdiction of the Municipality prescribed by the law and the decision of the Assembly and the duties that were transferred into its competence by the Government Decree.;

• Controlling the state of utility facilities;

• Submitting applications for criminal offenses;

• Moving illegally parked vehicle;

• Direct coordination with non-governmental organizations on matters within its competence in order to implement the program in the specified area;

• Monitoring in the field of Sustainable Development;

• Preparing the informational and other professional materials for Local Authorities
